I found this while having a clear out. I love roses and there are some beauties in here. I can feel a trip to Attleborough coming on. But first I need to clear a space (or several) in my borders.

This year has been very good for my garden. I’ve had a lot of time to look at it and replan it (many times). Got a clear vision of what I want to do. Just need to start earning some money so I can pay for it. 😉

It seems that fresh air is very tiring for kittens too. They’ve been passed out for hours!

They spent a lot longer outside today. They both had lots of fun chasing butterflies and each other round the grass.

Dodo also learnt a valuable life lesson – the pond is wet! Hugo already knows this after the toilet incident. So hopefully they’ll both be wary of water now.

After a very productive day, ticking lots of my list, Buddy and I went for a long hack in the late afternoon sun.

Two bridges is one of my favourite hacks. Aptly names as you cross two bridges that go over the train tracks. The same track that runs at the bottom of my garden so I get to see a little bit of my house. Always makes me smile.

We even saw a train go past as we headed for home. Thankfully it didn’t go under the bridge when we were on it. We’d already had one spook on the first bridge so didn’t need one on the second.

It was a lovely way to end a pretty lovely weekend.

So after all that, my little boys aren’t that keen on being outdoors. Dodo is very hesitant. Hugo is bolder though soon lost confidence. He wanted a hug bless him.

The kittens left the house.

Tonight Buddy tried a corner. For the most part it was rather successful. In fact tonight’s jumping was rather successful!

It’s been a pretty successful day really. Dodo and Hugo ventured into the garden. It was a sedate affair – which was good! Not sure they totally knew what to make of it really. Let’s see what they’re like on their next outing.

Today’s been a bit of a nothing day. Didn’t do much, but did a lot at the same time. Went out for a lovely hack this afternoon. It was really humid so lots of flies about which Buddy didn’t really like.

I love this view. It always makes me smile as we head for home. I really do live in a beautiful part of the world. Always grateful for that.

Think we can safely say that Hugo is not a fan of a lead! Thought I’d get one to test him id n the garden. Might need to do a bit more work on that one… 😂

Hugo has found a new sleeping spot. Not sure that an empty litter tray is the most comfortable of places. He seems happy enough. Good news, Dodo has had his big boy operation too. So the big wide world will be beckoning soon. Now that really will be like herding kittens!!
