Pumped

Before and after the Monday Morning HIIT session with Michelle at Adrenalize. Definitely got my heart rate up. I managed to do most of the higher intensity ones and my ankle is good. I love skater and punching. I hate burpees, they hurt my ankle so did a bit one sided. Managed to punt Tom across the floor in the kicking section. Memo to me: lock cats out as doing sit ups with a cat on your stomach is hard!!
