It’s been a while since I got the slow cooker out, but very glad I did. Yummy pasta sauce the result!

It has so much flavour cooked this way. Even with my dodgy palate, I can taste the difference.

Nigella needn’t worry, I’ve a long way to go before I can be considered a domestic goddess.
