Pimp my KitKat

This is what happens when you pop to the shop for a bag of salad and have to queue. It’s really is true what they say that you should never go food shopping when you’re hungry.

I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but I love a KitKat. This was very intriguing, so I thought I’d give it a whirl. Of course, by the time I got home, had dinner, faffed about for a bit, I totally forgot about it. So that’ll be a treat for me another day.

It may shock some people that I can have chocolate in the fridge and not eat it. But I’ve just finished the chocolates I was given for Christmas. Let’s see how long these last in the chocolate drawer…

Toilet humour

Spotted this while I was washing my hands today. I love a bit of toilet humour. And a bit of word play.

I popped to the shop this evening to get some salad. It was slim pickings in there. Guessing the nice weather has encouraged an early start to BBQ season. Anyway, managed to find a house salad box that would work for dinner. After I’d paid for it, I managed to drop the box on the floor. The lady in the queue behind me shouted ‘tossed salad’. Brilliant!

Peachy

So I’ve recently discovered that I am a big fan of flat peaches. Why is this my news? Well I’m not a huge fan of fruit per say. Give me a bowl of salad or a plate of vegetables over fruit any day. So when I find one I like, it’s a good day.

Peaches seemed to feature today as Buddy was complimented on his peachy bottom today at his saddle check. He’s templating more evenly and has come up through his back. Hurrah! He needed to go up a headplate too. He muscling in all the right places.

I’ve been working hard on being more disciplined with both of us. Especially with my position. So really good to hear it’s working.

We played around with the blocks on my saddle too. The aim is to keep my slightly wonky body straight to help Buddy’s slightly wonky body straight too. Definitely felt different. And much better.

Just peachy!
