Welcome to blog! I started it in 2020 to chart my recovery from breaking my ankle (hence the name). I guess no-one saw a global pandemic coming. It's turned into a place where I can talk about the things happening in my life, my horse and my cats. Enjoy!
There are times when FB shows me some random adverts, but I am a fan of equestrian ones. These riding tights kept popping up so I thought I’d give them a whirl.
I’m a sucker for good marketing and branding. This seems very appropriate to me. And I’m happy to report that they are very comfortable indeed!

Today I made the classic mistake of going food shopping while hungry. I tried so hard to only buy what I needed. And believe me, I NEEDED these. 😝
I mean, come on. Fish cakes topped with mushy peas! I know, I’m a marketing man’s dream.
This made me laugh today. As a marketeer I know about effective targeting of your message. It seems my close is in a certain demographic. People think I’m joking when I say I brought the average age down.
I know I’m in my 50s now, but not sure these are relevant to me.
