Blimey, it has been unseasonably warm today! Luckily, I got to spend the morning in a nice cool office. It was quite the topic of conversation at the Chiro’s.
Bert and I didn’t need any pursuading to get out for a walk when I was done that’s for sure.
It was utterly blissful. Not a soul in sight. I love moments like that…
Went for a wonderful, blissed out reflexology session today. It leaves me feeling so relaxed.
I haven’t had reflexology for a few years, I’d forgotten how much I enjoy it. I will sleep well tonight, that’s for sure.
I was reminded of a great quote today from Nathaniel Hawthorne. It goes ‘I cannot endure to waste anything as precious as Autumn sunshine by staying in the house’.
I couldn’t agree with him more. So after a morning of peopling, Buddy and I headed out this afternoon to enjoy it. It was sheer bliss. Just me and him against the World.
